How to add MVC pages to Asp.Net project in Visual Studio 2012?

I added Views and Controllers folder for now, but the action in the controller couldn't locate the view, what should I do?

The project I'm working on is a Asp.Net web form project, and currently we need to add log on pages using MVC, I'm not sure what else needs to be done to make the MVC routing work. Thank you very much!
